I love math. Formulas never lie. (Well, I think) The following is probably very familiar to you: Features X Quality = Time
If you want more quality, you need need more time. If you want to keep the deadline constant, reduce the number of features.
Or, You want more features within the same timeframe, Quality will be lower!
If one factor is constant, the other two factors have inverse linear relationship.
Why is it that in so many cases when we plan a release, we forget this?
